It takes a little over a month to be hired on. You start by turning in your application, about a week or so later you get called for an interview with the recruiter. They send your info to the manager. If the manager is interested you get in interview with them about a week later. If they still like you, you come back for a peer interview within a few days to a week. Then within another week you will get a job offer and complete a physical and drug testing. If you accept right away you will start on the next "orientation" day (always a Monday).

Long! I had to come back for three total interviews. 1 with human resources, another with the manager of my department and another where I was interviewed by a panel of coworkers.
