I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carle Health
Interview
The initial interview was with HR nurse recruiter & from there I was taken to the office of the unit manager for an interview with her. Both were conducted in a very professional manner. Some of the questions asked were specific to how I would react to common situations that might arise as well as questions about my work history/experience. They now also conduct a peer interview as well in which unit employees have the opportunity to ask you questions & help determine if you might be a good fit for the unit.

Question 1
What would you describe as a quality that you feel you need improvement on.
Was very straight forward. The interview laid out the dynamic of the department I was about to enter. Though they kept it brief, they were open to all my questions and I felt like they were all answered well and professionally. Have been at my department ever since.
HR contacted me the next day of sending my application. The process seems very quick and got an interview within the week. Initial interview will be with HR then with the manager or the educator of the unit you’re applying for.
