My experience during the early stages of the process was very disappointing. After the phone screening was scheduled, I received the call several hours later than the agreed time without prior notice. Multiple attempts to follow up after that went unanswered. Greater transparency and consistent communication would significantly improve the candidate experience. So disappointing because I took time off work for the call and unfortunately did not receive any response.
