Carlton Senior Living interview questions

Got in contact with the hiring manager(who is the executive needing the EA) who was trying to set up a phone screen with me. Now I know why the HM needed an EA, their scheduling skills are... lacking because the HM tried to schedule a phone screen with me but either gave up or got too busy? I didn't hear from them again after a couple of messaging exchanges. Few days later a recruiter messaged me trying to set up same phone screen but instead of with the HM, the recruiter wanted to screen me herself for 30 minutes. Went well then the recruiter wanted to set up an onsite 1:1 with the HM for 30 minutes. Onsite was a huge waste of time. I arrive early and check in the the frost desk. I waited about 20 minutes and was about to check back in with the front desk to see if they forgot about me but just before I did that the HM finally comes to the reception area. The HM greets me and has no explanation why she was 20 minutes late for our 1:1 interview. I didn't bother asking and instead brushed it off. However the rest of the interview experience was dreadful. The HM led me to a room which appeared to be her office which wouldn't have been a bad interviewing room if it weren't for the fact that she left the door wide open and we were sitting next to the door. I am certain a number of people heard me talking while walking by her door since her room is near the front desk area. This is a poor candidate experience because what if other candidates could hear me outside the room? Or potentially other coworkers if I get hired here? This just all seemed off. This wasn't the worst part though. The HM did not give me details on the company itself and instead gave a brief 1 minute talk about her background and why she needs this EA to support her. The next 10 minutes she dedicated to me to talk about my background. After detailing why I wanted this position and my skills she asked me the only question she had for me for the entire interview: why do you want to work for Carlton? After answering this question she promptly said are there any questions I want to ask her. I asked 2-3 questions which she answered and then she seemed to be in a hurry to rush me out of her office. This is because after she answered my questions she didn't have any interest in me or or skills and said we could end the interview. I was disappointed not in how well I thought I did at the interview, but how dreadful this interview experience was. This onsite interview could have been a brief phone call to waste less of my time. My time was wasted(and probably hers) only for her to not care about anything I said during the interview and for her to be rushing me out of her office. Let's not forget being about the HM being 20 minutes late either. Overall poor experience.

2 in person meetings First i met the person who recruits the second meeting was with one of the managers at the company. Pretty forward and straight to the point.
