I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Carnival Corporation (Miami, FL) in Aug 2011
Interview
The interview was casting call style. I sat in a room with nearly 50 people watching videos until my group number was called. The selected group was taken to a room setup with multiple tables. At those tables were the supervisor who would be present at port. The individual interviews was much like speed dating but for a chance move on to yet another round. If you were able to impress your interviewer, then you were sent to another room to complete "paperwork". If you sucessful pass the "paperwork", you would be contacted to for drug screening. Finally, if you have completed all those tasks, then you will be scheduled for paid training.
