I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carnival Corporation (Southampton, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
Three staged interview. First stage was an semi-formal telephone interview discussing the role and previous experience. The second stage was a face-to-face interview focused around situational questions such as "Can you remember a work situation when you had to persuade someone to your ideas?", "How did you approach this?" etc. Finally, the third stage of the interview consisted of a presentation to a panel of three interviewers.
Professional and friendly, and although I wasn't offered the role on this occasion they kindly explained their reasons why.
Would I apply for a role with Carnival again? Absolutely.
