Submitted my resume through a friend who was working there and received a phone call to schedule an interview about a week later. When I came in the interview lasted about 45 minutes, where I was asked to talk about myself, and how I would handle certain situations like how I would make a suggestion to someone unsure of what decision to make.

What do you think you will be bringing to the table as an employee of this company?
If a customer was having a hard time making a decision on a product, what questions would you ask in order to help that person make a choice? (Something to that effect)
It was fine. I believe that the manager was intentionally being difficult. I had a better offer from another company and want to see if this would be worth my time. I was told that I was interviewing with the manager only and it was two people. It was a fast process.

Interview
There is a two part process to interviewing for this position. You will give your elevator pitch in groups of 5 to two hiring managers then, if called back, there will be a second group interview in groups of 4. During the actual interview each candidate was placed with a representative currently in the position in order to shadow and get a general idea of the position. After spending about an hour with the representative, you are taken back to another room for about another hour and a half in order to answer questions. Each person is given a turn to answer each question and at the end they let you know that you will be contacted with a decision.
