So far it's been an awesome experience. Several different departments have called already. I have had one panel interview with three floors. I have also gotten two more interviews for next week before I make my decision.

Interview
I applied through the hospital website. A recruiter called me to set up an on-site interview. On-site was with three different department managers. I got an offer within a week.
Nurse manager was extremely friendly. I didn't feel rushed and I felt likee she truly cared about my nursing journey and success. In total it lasted about 30 minutes. Great interview!
