I applied online. I interviewed at Carolina Handling (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
I applied for the position online and was contacted for a phone interview a few days later. The interviewer opened up with a standard 'getting to know you' question before it turned negative. She kept on asking me why I am leaving my current job. And then she would rephrase the question and ask again. And she'd ask how I felt about my current job. Almost nothing about the interview dealt with the job. Instead, she just seemed solely interested about why I'd leave my job now. Why not ask me what makes me so interested in Carolina Handling? What a waste of my time.
