Received an email from recruiter next day after applying to setup initial screening. Conducted initial screening and they asked I could talk to hiring manager a few days later. My schedule did not allow, but advised on dates the following week that could work.
Fast forward two months later, I receive an email saying looking at other candidates.
Very poor engagement and communication. Pretty typical of a start up until they are acquired by a larger company with more mature processes.
