Interview
Typical hiring process. Behavioral based questions and multiple interviewers. They asked me questions about the company and my prior work experience. I thought the interviewers did a good job of understanding my past accomplishments and my goals for my career.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Carrier in Jul 2020
Interview
Great process all phone and video interviews. Due to covid they made the process easy as it could be. There was drug testing so the process was more lengthy than most. But well worth it
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Carrier (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
Chaotic, very slow to get responses from (took over a month), Sales Manager that interviewed me did not appear to have strong skills or understand the job description, answers were vague and I left interview not being very clear on what was expected of me. He seemed disorganized and a little unsure himself. Did not get the sense people are happy working there as no one was very friendly. Compensation shockingly poor for such a large company.
