The process was a little cumbersome. Generally OK but there were several rounds and a lot of people so coordinating just took a while. Despite that, it felt a little unfocused

Phone then a panel. Was a thirty minute phone call for round 1. Then a panel for round 2 which included 4 Carrier employees including the manager for the position.
