The interview process was fairly straightforward and professional. After submitting my application online, I was contacted for a 30-minute virtual interview with two members of the supply chain team. The conversation focused on my resume, past project experience, and general interest in supply chain. The interviewers were friendly and asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions. They also provided insight into the company's culture and what to expect from the internship program.

It was a typical interview process where the manager wanted to learn more about me and my previous experiences. There were a couple of behavioral questions, but not anything too unusual for a behavioral interview.
