Applied online and some time after a recruiter called me to schedule a call to introduce the company and role, also to get to know my background. They sent an online assessment later on, a very strict test you can't move away from your tabs and it's even recording what you are doing via webcam (very uncomfortable and stressful). Few weeks gone, not a single news came back, fine that's maybe I missed a few answers and they are really strict about the accuracies. But another recruiter approached me again in LinkedIn, I told them I have been approached before and see whether that's a new opportunity or a follow up from previous recruiter, they asked who was in contact with me, I gave them the name, and...yes as expected, I'm being ghosted AGAIN! So the moral is, don't even bother to apply for this company, from the process you can basically know how they will treat their employees.
