I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carter's (Dallas, TX) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online at a store that was hiring and they called back within a day of sending in my application. Set up an interview for a few days later, I arrived 15 mins early & they had to get some stuff together before my interview. It was 1 on 1 with the assistant store manager. They read from a list of questions and if you don’t have any experience in retail you will have a hard time answering them. Everything went well and they told me they wanted to set up a second interview with the store manager. Second interview I was asked a few of the same questions just to go over and explain some of my answers. I was offered the job on the spot and given the salary I requested. Whole process for me too less than a week to be hired. Learn about their “hi five” system Incase they ask you any questions about it. Also the rewards program is simple to remember. They were impressed that I already remembered how many points you earn and the rewards.

Question 1
Name a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you solve it?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
