They interview you with reg management then the district manager and if they have one in training they send you to the DM in training as well if they like you, you will get a call if they do not they will not call

Would you leave the floor unattended to grab items? If you need to be called in would you be available last minute. You witness a theft what would you do? Call the police then the hotline unless its internal then call the hotline and tell your senior management and never leave the floor and always make your self available for call in shifts.

I have had 4 interviews with various managers. They have all been phone interviews and they have all been fairly easy. The questions are all situational, so as long as you get what they are asking and have had a comparable experience, things should go well.

Had two interviews, I was already within the company so I knew the district manager. Basic questions on supervision and how I would act in certain scenarios. They asked different questions based on the assessment you take online and what your answers were.
