I applied online. I interviewed at Carter's in Apr 2024
Interview
Phone call, then 1 video interview. Interviewer did not seem really enthusiastic but question were pretty generic. Did not hear anything back until I reached back out two weeks later. Let me know they were not going forward with me but will send me another role they thought I should apply for. Communications wasn't that great between recruiters.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Carter's (Atlanta, GA) in May 2018
Interview
Was contacted by an outside recruiter and set up an an in-person interview by the end of the week. I met with 3 different people, the first two didn't come with any questions--we both introduced ourselves and then she asked if I had any questions about the job. Same process with the second interviewer. The last person I met with was way more relaxed, she asked normal interview questions and had easy conversation.
