Spoke with HR, who was really friendly and got me scheduled to meet with the team lead for the role. I met with the team lead over Teams, he asked me some basic questions, some high level technical questions and didn't seem interested at all. He was just going through the motions.
It's been over a month, haven't heard anything since. Not even an "unfortunately". Ghosted.

The interview process started with two rounds that were fairly straightforward and mostly behavioral. There were no technical questions initially, and the focus was more on cultural fit and past experience. It was a smooth and casual experience overall.
