I had a positive experience overall, the process lasted about one month and there were 3 interview steps: The first interview was with HR: an intro about the role and company + some questions about my background and motivations. The 2nd interview was with the CRM manager and Marketing manager: technical questions on CRM and Marketing communication strategies. The 3rd step was a presentation about an exercise that they asked me to complete.
