Interview
30 mins video Screen - Recruiter at Cash App(Ireland)- amazing, introductory chat gave me all the details on the role went through my CV - camera turned on which is a plus likable bubbly & personable relaxed interview.
2 weeks later Video 30 mins / recruiter at block (USA) didn’t turn on camera I had mine, ended the interview due to time of 30 mins only.
Process took too long, got an automatic rejection email which I don’t mind but I would always give verbal feedback especially after a candidate has done 2 rounds of interviews.
I really like Cash App Great company culture great career opportunities I was just a little disappointed in some small things which should be viewed higher in the overall candidate experience.
