Process took more than a month, initial interviews, coding assessment and then followed by 6 back-to-back, same day, 1 hour interviews. Most interviewers were alright to talk to but there were some whose heart was not in it, as if forced to sit on this interview. I did all of challenges and answered all their questions. In the con feedback, I had said something passively and truthfully, during one of those sessions, and that was used against me, was very disheartening that despite making yourself vulnerable they came to bite that honesty, so if you're thinking of being honest, just don't. Also, if you think that some interviewers are not into the interview, I would suggest cancel any ones coming prior as they're a waste of time, you'll be marked off regardless.
