Process was fairly smooth. Started with a recruiter screen and from there, scheduled a technical assessment. After passing both of those, moved on to an onsite which included four rounds: two additional technical assessments, system design, past experience, and then a final conversation with my potential manager. The recruiter gave me details I'd need to prepare so I felt fairly ready for each stage.

System design was a hotel booking system. Technical screens were all very different: graph traversal, building a text editor, and name validation.

Recruiter screening process, followed up by a technical screening. The recruiter was very helpful and provided some what to expect steps for the tech screening which can also be found on one of their career pages.

Question 1
Recruiter interview was focused on talking about yourself, why you want to work at Cash App, and career goals. Technical was to solve two problems. A data parsing and another to find common similarities in the output of that previous function.
Fine, just did an initial screening call. Recruiter seemed on top of things. Very diligent and transparent hiring process. I have nothing more to say, just filling up my word count
