Super Easy and straightforward!
I’m a fresh new grad and this interview process From schedule into the interview, everything when really smooth, haven’t heard back but looking forward to hearing back from them.
1. 30-minute Phone interview with the recruiter
2. 1-hour interview with the design team, including the leader and one other designer. ~30 minutes of portfolio presentation the rest is questions and one-on-one with the team leader.
Total process took around 1 month 1. Phone Interview with HR (~10mins) 2. Virtual Interview with Designer talking briefly about the role, the team, and overall obligations as well as my design. No portfolio presentation at this point (~20mins) 3. Virtual Interview with Design and Marketing Team (3 people) with a portfolio review (total ~1hr, portfolio presentation ~30mins)
