Phone screen interview with the recruiter -- worst phone screen interview experience I've ever had. The recruiter had not read my resume prior to scheduling the interview. I was told that my experience was not a match for the role 7 minutes into the conversation. The recruiter was quite condescending. The interview was cut short.
