Long and chopped up. Most companies that conduct panel interview try to do it back to back, this one however, was spread across three days which made the process draining. The interviewers in the panel were not engaging and down right boring. I think it’s important for companies to remember we are interviewing you as well so it’s important the people you have representing
your company are engaging, friendly and representing your company well. I finished with a sense of relief to be done but also disappointment in a company I use to have a high opinion of.

It was a smooth and easy process, there was great communication through the recruiter and hiring manager. It took approximately two months to complete. I would apply again if the right position were to be available.

I recused myself during the third round of interviews.
Interviewer was a no show and then late to rescheduled session.
During third round, a panel interview, one member chose to eat lunch. I dropped from the call.
