One of the best and most rigorous interview experiences I've had. I had recruiter screen, 3 technical rounds (SQL, Python, experimentation), 2 meetings with hiring manager, 1 business acumen case study, 1 cross functional, and 1 stakeholder interview. I think it was 4 separate rounds. The rigor, while it was a long process, gave me the impression they have a high technical and soft-skill bar for talent. But throughout the process, everyone I talked to was very friendly, helpful, and people I can imagine working with. My recruiter was also probably the best one I've ever worked with - each email provided tips how to succeed in each round, and he was diligent following up regularly. I got a generous offer but declined to join a smaller company. It was very hard to turn down, I had a great experience and can easily imagine working here. Perhaps further down the road!
