I applied on their website and heard back within 2 weeks from a recruiter, and had the initial chat with him. He was extremely engaging + friendly, a great ambassador for Cash App, and really sold the role well. The technical components are a 30 min Python screen then at the next stage a 30 min SQL screen. Both are very fair, "real world" data manipulation, no gotchas, and Cash App provides you with a great slide deck once you progress from the recruiter stage to detail the stages of the interviews and what they're looking for. I was very impressed with the company & their interview process even though it didn't result in an offer for me this time round, and would definitely apply again in the future.
