I applied for the role and a recruiter reached out by email. We had an initial phone call, which was mostly about explaining the role and asking about my background. I moved on to the second round, which was with a hiring manager. He asked 5 easy questions, and I thought they were very easy based on my experience and I thought I answered them fine. He didn't ask any follow up questions for me to clarify anything. After the second round, they ghosted me. I didn't hear anything from the hiring manager or recruiter, and had to send an email asking what the status was. They said I wasn't a good fit for the role, which was surprising, since I thought I was really overqualified for the role. I also wouldn't consider this a "Senior" position. It wasn't technical at all, and sounded like it was going to be a mostly manual testing job.
