Simple and easy process, 1st round is a hr interview focused on background based questions and motivations; followed by hiring manager interview where the hiring manager talks about the role and responsibilities. Then a take home test.

Interview
System design interview focused on machine learning. Described a hypothetical machine learning system in the banking space and asked me to design it for scaling up to production from the input data.
Attempted to gauge the exact information they were looking for and pivot in response. Post-interview feedback was that I didn't meet the grade for failing to provide good answers to questions they had asked (fine) but also failing to answer questions they hadn't asked, which is frustrating.
