Cash App interview questions

Really lovely conversation with the hiring manager. Very open and communicative about the role, responsibilities, challenges, and high points. Transparent about process/timing/expectations through the process. Agreed not to move forward due to conflicting timelines/offers but had a lovely experience overall!

The process consisted of - Call with a recruiter - Coding challenge - Call with the hiring manager (Q&A mostly to understand the role and the challenges) - 2 Behavioral interviews - 2 Pair Programming sessions I didn't get the job because I was a bit too slow and didn't get to write tests in one of the pair programing sessions (I guess I took to much time explaining things) but overall it was a positive experience.
