I just want to share my recent interview experience with Castlight India, Hyderabad. The interviews dragged more than one month for 4 rounds with each 1 hour, the feedback from HR end was good in all 4 rounds and they processed my documents as well. But at the end , HR said they are taking an internal associate who applied for this position and not released the offer. They don't have any ethics so my advise is to do not attend the interviews with Castlight India , it's waste of your time. Generally ,If we have any position in the organization ,first we will check internally(if not found) then will go outside. they did in reverse way They will drag your interview process more than one month to see in meanwhile if any candidate is early join or to check internal employee for this position I am very Disappointed with their interview process.
