Do not believe this companies job titles. This job was for a position that is responsible for the payroll for the entire United States. Literally. When I brought up in the interview the job title didn't match their answer was, "well there was a question that asked if you have payroll experience" I said I have experience with payroll, but it was not my responsibility to administer payroll for the entire company in an entire county. Good luck with this company. The first interview is someone in Europe and this makes it very difficult as there are strong language barriers that are difficult to overcome.
