I applied online. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Madison, WI) in Aug 2022
Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then a video call with the hiring manager. I was told that the position wasn’t technically open (by the hiring manager) and that I would have to wait to come onsite for an interview, but that they would contact me when it did open up. I waited 2 months, and watched the same job get posted over and over again. Never heard anything from either the hiring manager or the recruiter - I looked online to check my application status and my application online was withdrawn. I thought the whole experience was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
