The first step included a phone call with someone from talent acquistion, followed by an email where I had to answer a few questions about my experience with biosafety cabinets and other lab experiences. Then I was told I'd hear back from a hiring manager later that week and heard back from no one. I reached back out to the person I was in contact with to inquire about my application status and they simply told me to consider applying for another role that'd be closer to me.
