I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Harmans, MD) in Jun 2025
Interview
I had an initial phone screen with HR, then multiple virtual interviews with the hiring manager and her peers and stakeholders. I was then asked to prepare a presentation and present to a panel of three people, all of whom I had previously interviewed with individually. After than I was flown on site to the plant for a round of final interviews in person with different leaders and stakeholders. I was told I would know their decision by the end of the following week. The was now over two months ago and I have not heard anything nor had any follow up from the company. Overall it has been very unprofessional.
