Interview
I first had a HR interview. Unfortunately, I was rejected right after it without any clear feedback. Overall, I found the process a bit disappointing and felt it didn’t provide much insight into the company or role. It felt like a waste of time since there wasn’t much transparency about the evaluation criteria.

Question 1
During the HR interview, they mainly asked about my background, why I was interested in Catapult Sports, and my understanding of the company’s products. It was a fairly standard conversation, but there weren’t many technical or role-specific questions.

Interview
It was quick, however one of the interview days was 3 hours long which felt long and taxing. They did a nice job of having me interview with the team I would be working with.
