Had an initial phone screen, then a three-person panel where we discussed my background and then had a coding challenge. The coding challenge was an extremely poor example of threading that was worse than junior-level, using tasks but without explicit threading and without async/await, on a literally ten-year-old language version. I would not hire someone who wrote code in such a way. When I asked why the code was so non-standard, it seemed to ruffle the interviewer. The coding was conducted with remote control, with attendant lag that made it even more frustrating.
