3 rounds of interview - 1. Hiring manager 2. Architect 3. VP Recruiter called first and asked for my expected salary and once we agreed on base range, went ahead with 3 rounds of interview which took about 5 weeks. And at the end another recruiter calls and says I got a positive feedback from all the interviewers but they can't give me the agreed pay and so they can't offer me. Unprofessional way of dealing. They could have saved me an entire month and the stress.
