I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Caterpillar (Peoria, IL) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online for the Information Technology Professional (college graduate) position and was called back a couple of days later to schedule a phone interview. A couple of days after the phone interview, they called me to schedule a flight out to Peoria the following week. After interviewing in Peoria, I received an offer only two days later. The entire interview process was less than a week and a half. It was very efficient. The interview is only behavioral. They do not ask any technical questions. I had 3 separate interviews with three different people on the team. It lasted the full 3 hours. It was not a tough interview. You should make sure you have examples prepared. You can give a lot of the same examples for the different interviewers because a lot of the questions are very similar. They are very strict on the STAR method for answering questions so make sure you are familiar with it.

Entrevista tranquila, uma etapa inicial para reconhecer sua aptidão com a língua inglesa e depois uma rodada técnica (também em inglês). Apenas obtive um pouco de dificuldade na compreensão por causa do sotaque dos entrevistadores.
