Zoom call with 2 or more Caterpillar employees, one engineering manager and another engineer. STAR based questions, all behavioral. Make sure to look at the company values cause a lot of STAR questions relate to those.
Very straightforward. 4 behavioral questions and the overall process was pretty smooth. There was only one round of interview and I received my offer within a few weeks. Overall, I personally had a great experience with the company.
