Interview
It was through campus recruiting. The recruiter connected me right after the event. The 1st round of the interview was all behavior-based questions. There were two interviewers. They were really nice throughout the process. Also, they were informative and transparent about the hiring process.
Initial Screening:
HR reviews applications based on GPA, coursework, and extracurriculars.
May include a short online assessment or questionnaire.
Interview Rounds:
Usually 1–2 rounds, conducted virtually or on campus.
Format: Behavioral + Technical (depending on the role)
Behavioral: “Tell me about a time you solved a problem…”
Technical: May include coding (for CS roles) or engineering case questions.

The interview process was done in the STAR format. There were two interviewers but the entire process was relatively informal and easy going. I would say it was a good experience overall.

Online test and Resume shortlist was done and then followed by group discussion. The panel members were chill and pleasant during the personal interview. there were two panel members. Questions were from the resume only. Tip: Be bold while answering. (really bold)
