Brought in for entry level role right out of undergrad, had a phone screening and then flew into Peoria. I had to answer questions and also give a resume presentation. I thought this was odd as I had already done two internships with the company.
It was for hourly pay entry level staff accountant position. A staffing agency contacted me and I interviewed for it. They were hiring for corporate accounting and management accounting.
