I interview for design CAD, but the interview not ask my knowleadge and experience. I feel embarassed, because not ask about what i do in last job, or how can give possibily perfomance or ability. Or anything about engineer.

Behavioral/Technical. Panel interview. Must follow star method to answer questions. in depth discussions about projects/relevant-work.

STAR based panel interview and a 1:1 interview following with my would-be manager. Very friendly people but fast paced interview. Crammed a lot in the allotted time. Make sure the STAR scenarios you prepare have some meat to them because questions will be expanded upon
