The interview went perfect, and the guy who I believe was the clinician supervisor seemed really nice. However, the process is a mess, I had an interview back in May 17, they didn’t call me back until June 4th when they requested me to send my social security card, iD’s, references (which they called to verify my info) proof of my education, and I agreed to go under background check and so on. It’s almost August and they haven’t even called me back. So, i assumed that they decided to move forward to another candidate which is fine by me, but it bothers me that they asked for very sensitive information and they don’t even care to let you know that they don’t want to hire you. I guess that shows the lack of professionalism and respect to Others as a company. I know for fact that nothing went wrong with my background check or references bc I haven’t had problems with the law or others, and my references are people that I trust and people that knows my work.
