Applied online, first did a phone interview with nurse recruiter. Was asked personality questions related to who I am as a person. More or less a screening of what I sound like, who I am. Told I would get a call for a second interview or a letter in the mail that I was declined. Second interview was over the phone with the nurse manager and unit manager. More challenging questions specific to patient situations as well as how I'd work in a team. I would brush up on your cardiac education before this interview. Process took a month and received an offer 2 weeks after my second interview. Overall good experience and both nurse manager and unit manager had great things to say about working there.

The interview was with 3 other nurse managers, 1 was late to the meeting and missed about 75% of my responses to their questions. The questions were the basic "tell us about yourself" and "how do you handle conflict" and similar scenarios. Overall the interview lasted about 35 minutes and was in a random side room in one of the hospital halls so people kept walking by. Didn't seem as formal as I expected, but was still a good experience.
