First interview was over the phone with a nurse recruiter followed by an in person interview with the unit manager and nurse educator. They asked about priority, delegation, medications, arrhythmias and pre/post surgery questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Catholic Health (Rockville Centre, NY)
Interview
The hiring manager was very late (and then proceed to blame me saying I was too early even though the interview was rescheduled to accomodate her meeting), she answered phone call during the interview, kept repeating questions, she said I didn't have enough experience (which is fine, but I wish she looked at my resume beforehand instead of wasting my time), she kept boosting how great the hospital is, but asked me very little about myself and my clinical experience. In conclusion she didn't seem interested at all.
