The interview took 30 mins. There were two people in the meeting. Rather than asking political questions, they asked mainly about my experiences and how my previous research can contribute to the department.
My interviewer patiently listened to me elaborate on ideas, like they are trying to help me succeed in the interview when talking to them. We did introductions at the beginning and the questions generally gueared towards looking at how I think about certain issues (such as (but not limited to) libertarian topics).
