Cavisson Systems didn't informed the T&P dept of our college about the hiring process and told them the eligibility criteria is 60% throughout .On the day of campus hiring they took 2 long hrs to decide the process of shortlisting in the college and then randomly selected candidates on the basis of cocubes score, merit in Btech,12th and 10th .This unprofessional way of shortlisting is done by their VP .They have just ruined the candidates time and their reputation for us. I suggest other colleges to black list Cavission Systems Noida if they didn't disclose the recruitment process.

Nothing was asked as they are simply fooling the college management and students time.
Aptitude round in college campus after that qualified students will be called for face to face interview at company
Those who qualified this around they again kept one more technical round and coding round with Vice president of technology after clearing that round Hr round will be there and I cleared all the round and still didn't received offer letter. This just waste the time of the student.

first Coding test :- test was easy just ask question about recursion and oop
then 2 technical round :- basic java question and some Advance feature as well
and one HR round
