I was interviewed at cavisson noida for automation profile . Two guys interviewed me and based on the kind of questions they asked I seriously doubt they had any idea about automation. Just for others who are considering joining this company , join at your own risk, trust me I have worked with these kind of companies and they are just leech to suck blood out of u. Your manager will talk to you louder just in order to pull more work out of you.
