Very unprofessional - went in for an in person interview and the first question asked to go over my resume so I did and right afterwards she goes I don’t think you are a fit for this position. It’s like she didn’t even review my resume and why make a person come in to interview- I had to search forever for a parking spot and also I had to take off work for this so I felt like that was very rude and inconsiderate. Should have been a phone interview first or at least glanced at my resume before scheduling an interview.
